Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of order placement. 

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.  Your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

How do I order offline?

How will I know that you’ve received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

 

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

For your convenience, items will be delivered as they become available.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Evans Lane ships all items to the lower 48 U.S. states, and we ship most items to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, shipping to Canada may be accommodated with an additional fee for shipping and taxes/customs. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order with Evans Lane, please contact us, directly, for a custom quote at info@evanslane.com.

 

How is tax estimated for my order?

Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. Each state / province has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.

Absolutely not!  As an authorized retailer for the brands we feature on Evans Lane, we have access to our brands entire product lines.  If you are interested in a product from one of our brands and it is not featured on our site, please contact us so we can order it for you.

We support Internet Explorer 10+ and the current releases of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari (Desktop and Mobile). Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes we do!  If you find a lower price on another site for a product that we currently sell, we will honor the lower price, provided that the site is an authorized retailer for the product and the price is not lower than the vendor’s established minimum advertised price.
